Outlook 2025 Shared Calendar Not Syncing. We have a number of users that have reported when they access the shared calendar for their line manager and add a meeting it adds it from what they see but on. Verify your calendar’s sharing settings as follows.

You can check this by going to the calendar settings and verifying the permissions. When looking at their owa instance, the shared calendars are not syncing between accounts.
